When it is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including the IP address, date and time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating-system information. A map from OpenStreetMap can be loaded on the contact page. It is embedded only after you explicitly select the “Load map” button. This establishes a connection to servers operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

A YouTube video can be played on the home page. Initially, only a locally stored preview image is shown. The YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode is loaded only after you select “Play video”, at which point a connection to Google or YouTube servers is established.

According to YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode prevents playback from being used to personalise the YouTube experience or personalised advertising. It does not, however, prevent all data from being transferred to YouTube.

We use Vercel Inc., based in the United States, for hosting and audience measurement. Processing outside the European Economic Area therefore cannot be ruled out. For such transfers, Vercel refers to applicable adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. As a rule, we delete data from contact enquiries once the enquiry has been fully resolved and no legal reason requires further retention.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
